With the continuous development of social economy,the power grid scale has been expanding,structure has become more and more complex,and power grid operation mode has also become more diversified.At the same time,high proportion renewable energy has been integrated into power grid,smart grid has developed rapidly and frequent bad weather has occurred,which have brought plenty of uncertainty factors into gird operation.Thus,as the central nervous system of the power grid operation,the power grid dispatch control center's the risk assessment and risk control is of great significance.This paper studies the risk assessment and control of power grid dispatching under the new situation,the main work carried out in this paper is as follows:Firstly,a complete set of risk assessment system and process of power grid dispatching is proposed.The state of electric power system is determined by Monte Carlo,and the failure rate of the equipment is corrected considering the weather.The standardized model of the bus voltage violation,branch overload,and loss of load are established,and those three items are selected as the risk assessment index.Then,the risk grading standard of power grid dispatching is regulated and the operation risk item which can reflect the overall risk and the high risk of the power grid dispatching is put forward.Based on the IEEE-RTS79 simulation system,the effectiveness of the proposed system and process of the grid scheduling risk assessment is verified.Secondly,the influence of wind power integration into power grid on the operation and dispatching risk assessment of power grid is studied.The wind speed model,wind turbine output model and wind power output model are established.The effects of wind power characteristic of being stochastic,volatility and intermittency after its integration into power grid is studied from the probability distribution of wind velocity,the location of the network and the capacity of the network those three parts,which can provides an important reference for the rational choice of wind power grid position and the determination of wind power.Finally,the operational risk assessment and control's framework and function of power grid dispatching are designed.Based on the network scheduling operation risk assessment system and process,the operation risk control of power network scheduling operation is discussed from the aspects of online application and offline application.And the information collection,risk identification,risk assessment and classification,risk control and warning these four modules in the framework and functions of the system is introduced in detail.
