The Permanent Magnet Speed Regulation Of Condensate Pump And Its Application Research In Zhongyue A Coal-fired Power Plant

Pumps and fans are one of the major energy consuming equipment in the production process of industrial enterprises.They are the main targets for energy saving and industrial transformation in industrial enterprises.For many years has been completed and put into production enterprises,due to the engineering design process and so on,the equipment of most enterprises,the actual operating conditions deviate from the design condition,plus equipment backWard and aging,makes the system of the equipment operation efficiency is low,so if only by means of the actual energy consumption management level of enterprises the method has been difficult to reduce to a new level,the enterprise can easily achieve the energy saving technology to enable professional.In this paper,the condensate pump power plant in Guangdong A company as the research object,discussed the technical problems of permanent magnet control renovation and practice,to be considered in the rated capacity of condensate pump and motor of the same,only for the modification of the permanent magnet speed control system of the condensate pump.Main tasks include:(1)the analysis of domestic and international energy conservation applications,combined with the status of self condensing pump,to find the direction of energy saving reform;(2)through the preliminary investigation of the project,the direction and basis of energy saving reform are determined;(3)analyze the working principle and working characteristics of permanent magnetic speed regulation,find out the advantages and disadvantages of the permanent magnetic speed regulation work,and prepare for the selection of the engineering scheme;(4)combined with the actual engineering conditions,technical requirements,economic conditions,investment income evaluation and other factors,select the best condensate pump transformation program;(5)complete the equipment performance test,collect key parameters,make energy-saving comparative analysis and income measurement.Through the energy saving reconstruction of the permanent magnet speed regulation of the condensate pump,it is proved that the adoption of the permanent magnetic speed regulation is of obvious energy-saving effect and high safety and reliability.
