Research On Energy Saving And Rebuilding Technology Of A Power Plant

With the development of industry in our country,the consumption of energy is increasing day by day.This is also the main factor of extreme weather such as fog and haze and dust storms.In recent years,China has begun the development strategy of energy saving and emission reduction,and energy saving reform in all fields of industry is imperative.Especially,the energy saving reform of high consumption thermal power plants is imminent.This subject is based on the status quo and development trend of energy saving and emission reduction measures in domestic power plant on the current in a power plant 4 units condensate pump and fan frequency transformation as the background,the energy saving control scheme effectively,to reduce power plant coal consumption and oil consumption,realize the present stage task of energy saving and emission reduction.Therefore,the main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)by looking up the literature,this paper summarizes the related theories,such as generator set,draft fan,frequency converter,speed regulation technology and energy saving transformation;(2)use the high voltage frequency converter technology to carry on the energy saving reconstruction of the condensate pump and the draft fan in a power plant.The design of the energy saving scheme for the condensate pump and the draft fan of the power plant has been completed,and the design scheme has been implemented according to the final design;(3)according to the analysis of the energy saving effect before and after the transformation,the transformation of the energy of two units of four sets of fan a year saving 13276120 degrees,which is equivalent to 1 million 136 thousand and 100 yuan,two units two units condensate pump a year saving 3828525 degrees,equivalent to 1 million 136 thousand and 100 yuan.
