Since the reform and opening up,China's industry got unprecedented rapid development,and the first batch of industrial infrastructure was gradually retired with industrial upgrading and equipment renewal.With the increasing trend of urbanization,urban industrial land is becoming increasingly tense,a large number of infrastructure is facing demolition.Traditional demolition methods usually adopt mechanical demolition or gunpowder blasting,but for urban densely populated areas,they are limited by safety and environmental protection.Static crushing demolition method because of its construction process no vibration,no noise,no flying advantages of much engineering favor.Static crushing technology originated in Japan,the development of the technology has appeared in the static cracking agent,static cracking agent in water under the action of volume expansion will be broken burst,so as to achieve the effect of static breaking.This paper takes the static crushing technology development as the main line,learning to explore the domestic and foreign research institutions and researchers on the static crushing theory research results,the theoretical study and experimental validation and engineering practice,experience and other means,to further explore the application of static crushing technology in the demolition of reinforced concrete construction.In this paper,through consulting a large number of literature,the development process of static crushing technology at home and abroad is understood.Secondly,the expansion model is established,and the static crushing principle is explained by the chemical knowledge and the theory of elastic mechanics.Then,the crushing effect of the static breaker was analyzed from the aspects of the external temperature,reaction time,water cement ratio,pore size and the material characteristics of the broken object.Design experiments were carried out to test the effect of water cement ratio and ambient temperature on the static crushing effect by testing the reaction temperature and reaction rate of the static breaker at different water cement ratio and different mixing water temperature.The rupture effect of single hole and double hole test block and the guiding role of empty hole in fracture process were observed through the test of block breaking test,and the principle of minimum resistance line was verified.Finally,on the basis of experiment,drawing on successful construction experience,designing reasonable crushing parameters,usingstatic crushing technology to complete the demolition of large equipment foundation construction,and achieved satisfactory results.Practice proves that the static breaking technology widely used in mining,rock slope restoration,brick or concrete structures demolition etc.at the same time,it is also applicable to the demolition of reinforced concrete structure,but for the poor effect of reinforced concrete reinforcement ratio is high,must take special measures to achieve the ideal effect.
