With the the process of using crop stalks accelerating,the demand for straw is also increasing.Using combine quickly to collecte the crop straw after harvest mechanically instead of doing this by people,and increasing the density of the collection straw,reducing storage space and transportation costs are fundamental to improve comprehensive utilization of our crop stalk;After harvesting by combine harvester,field crop Straw distribution is cluttered and loose,field crop Straw moisture content is high and the lack of power facilities,molding machines available in the market presence of high energy consumption,low efficiency,short life,the size and moisture content of the raw material's demand are strict,therefore can not be realized mobile-type compression molding in the field.To address the problem above,this paper studies the principle of "use the advanced automation equipment to replace expensive labor to collect the straw efficiently and process it of high-density" to design a collection of crop straw automatic grinding machine for dense shaped joint,this subject design a fully automatic straw combine with picking,crushing and molding,one person one machine can complete the entire process of the waste straw in the field into biomass briquette pellet fuel commodity transformation,geting 1000kg/m3 pellet fuel,greatly reducing the cost of collection,and truly realize the straw resource's industrialization,commercialization and high value-added utilization.This paper analyzes the characteristics of straw in detail,determining the type and the main structural form of picking system,analyzing the movement of the teeth in the picker,by comparing different types of forming machines,determine the type and key parameter and the main structural form of forming machine,determine the machine overall program,the paper can derive mechanical model of the pressure roller extrusion materials,analyzing two kinds of the sliding generated in the extrusion molding process;Make the analysis of the molding machine's press roll for transmission kinematics and dynamics,and make improved design,determine the pressure roller's nutation angle with the maximum pressure;Determine the selection part of the standard parts.Make the use of SolidWorks three-dimensional software for molding machine's parts modeling and assembly;using Adams software for dynamic and kinematic analysis of before and after molding machine roller drive system,to determine the cone roll forming can effectively reduce speed difference on both sides of the pressure roller inside and outside,verify the forming mechanism rotor when it runs continuous and smoothly during operation;Static analysis and modal analysis of the core components were carried out by ANSYS to test whether the components meet the requirements of stiffness and strength,Modal analysis to ensure the device will not resonate during operation and ensure that it meets the processing and producing requirements and providesthe evidence for optimization of device.
