Today abandoned forest branches occupy an important proportion of the biomass energy. So how to solve the utilization and the development of the small biomass of abandoned branches has an important significance. In my paper, small branches have been the raw material. It aims to develop a smash molding machine which can produce pellet fuel in the forest. This equipment can be trailed at the end of the wheeled tractors and can be moved easily to desired sites. In the reality it can meet the actual needs of the forest production. This practical and convenient equipment can bring significant economic benefits.This article aims to research and design a crushed and molding machine, which can use the inside diameter between0to20millimeters of the small braches and can get the pellet fuel density of about1.0g/mm3. First, this article detailed analysis the cutting mechanism of the branches, compares the types of crushing way and discusses the design parameters of the grinder. Then learning the way of research the ring mold mechanics can derive mechanical mold of the pressure roller extrusion materials. There are two kinds of the sliding generated in the extrusion molding process. The conclusion is that the both sliding have the negative role but also have the positive impaction. Through the analysis of the kinematics and dynamics about the taper roller, the conditions can be determined when the maximun squeeze pressure is generated. Molding machine parameters are given with reference to relevant studies, while calculating the selection part of the standard parts.Use the Pro/ENGINEER software to modeling the three-dimensional parts of the mobile crushing molding machine. Finish the virtual assembly of the tractor. In Pro/Mechanism module, check the interference of the rotor grinder molding machine. Complete the dynamics simulation of the shredder molding rotor. Verify the grinder molding machine rotor when it runs continuous and smoothly during operation.Finally, use the ANSYS12.0software to analysis the static of the core components of the mobile crushing molding machine. Verify the parts to meet the design of the strength and stiffness. Modal analyze can conclude that the crushed molding machine will not produce a resonance phenomenon during the operation.
