With the global energy crisis and the continuous deterioration of the environment,governments and automobile manufacturers are generally aware of the energy saving and emission reduction of electric vehicles is the main direction of the development of the future automotive industry.As the infrastructure of the electric vehicle,the construction of the charging station has become the decisive factor to speed up the development of the electric vehicle,and the distribution system of the charging station is the most important part of the construction of the charging station.In order to monitor and control the transformation and distribution process of electric energy in charging station system in real time,and timely diagnose and deal with the failure of distribution room equipment.In this paper,based on the Qt/embedded platform,an embedded system is designed and developed to realize the monitoring and control of distribution electrical parameters in the distribution room of the charging station and the maintenance guidance for the system after the failure of the system.First,the demand analysis of the EV charging station distribution system is analyzed and the overall structure of the system is designed.The system includes two modules of state monitoring and fault diagnosis.The state monitoring module is responsible for monitoring and controlling the state of the distribution and charger modules.The fault diagnosis module is in the high,variable,low voltage room equipment failure.After that,the reasons for the failure are put forward and suggestions for handling are put forward.Second,select the required hardware equipment according to the requirements.In view of the requirements and communication requirements of the system,the ARM architecture processor based core board,the CAN serial converter and the RS-485 serial communication make the sensor hardware module data uploaded to the system.Third,according to the selected main control module and communication module,we design and implement the communication system.According to the protocol format,we configure the embedded circuit interface and device node parameters.The unified board terminal,communication module and device terminal transmit data information under the same protocol.The collected data are analyzed and processed,stored in local or remote database backup.Finally,the software of the distribution system of the EV charging station is realized.The system can real-time monitor the voltage and current parameters of the distribution process of the high,variable and low voltage rooms.The system fault diagnosis module is analyzed by the state of the distribution equipment.When the fault occurs,the alarm processing is carried out in time and the intelligent diagnosis system is adopted.Failure analysis,and guide staff to deal with technology in time.And connect the system to the superior monitoring system to complete data backup and remote operation.
