Direct Torque Control (Direct Torque Control referred DTC) is the following vector control technology developed after a new type of high-performance AC drive technology. But PMSM is a multi-variable, nonlinear, strong coupling system, the traditional direct torque control system through the torque and flux hysteresis to decouple, there is a large torque ripple, low-speed performance is not satisfactory and other shortcomings. Therefore, this paper space vector modulation based on permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system, in order to suppress the torque ripple of a sliding mode torque controller. The main research papers and research achievements are as follows:1、Based PMSM DTC research. This derivation of the mathematical model of PMSM coordinates, and the establishment of traditional PMSM DTC and PMSM SVM-DTC system, and comparative study of the simulation.2、This paper discusses the symmetry correction proportional sampling strategy UKF algorithm model.3、UKF algorithm is proposed based on real-time state estimation and motor ways.4、Sliding-mode torque control study. View of the sliding mode control, good anti-interference, robustness, outstanding advantages for nonlinear control, this paper introduces a sliding mode torque controller for torque ripple suppression system, and real-time using UKF estimator of torque to give real-time estimates.Finally, to prove real-time UKF algorithm based state estimator and the validity of synovial torque controller.
