| With the development of the economic and industrialization,many countries have entered the era of automobile society,and which causes traffic jam,energy consumption and environmental pollution to become more and more serious."Intelligent transportation system(ITS)" which is committed to safety,increase efficiency,improve the environment,save energy is paid wide attention.Vehicle networking is an important technical means to achieve ITS.Vehicle networking is an integrated network system based on in-vehicle network,vehicle to Internet network and V2 X,in accordance with the communication standard and complete wireless communication and information exchange between vehicle and vehicle,vehicle and road,vehicle and pedestrians,vehicle and internet.The vehicle network system mainly includes three parts: on-board T-BOX,cloud service platform(CSP)and mobile phone APP.User sends control command via mobile phone APP to CSP,then CSP requests to control T-BOX and after receiving command,T-BOX control vehicle via CAN bus,finally control result return to the user’s mobile phone APP.Thus T-BOX is an important node of the network system to realize interaction between in-vehicle network and Internet.This paper is based on the internship company’s project,oriented functional requirements designs T-BOX.T-BOX adopts STM32F407VET6 as the core processor,peripherals GL868-DUAL communication module,the NEO-6 m positioning module,KLM8G1GEND-B031 storage module,through CAN bus and GPRS network,realizes the T – BOX,CSP and mobile phone APP connectivity to collect key data in real-time and upload,as well as user remotely control vehicle.Firstly,this paper introduces the research significance of the vehicle networking and the development status at home and abroad;Secondly,it introduces the related technology of T-BOX design.Then,T-BOX was designed from soft and hardware aspect,hardware design include selection and schematic design,software design involves CAN communication module,GPRS communication module and GPS positioning module.Finally,a network simulation test platform based on CANoe was built,and the remote control function of T-BOX was simulated and tested,and result was stable. |
