Integral Abutment Bridge Prefabrication And Installation Construction Technology Research

Hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge,as a domestic unusual sea-crossing bridge with precasted pile foundation,is one of the projects with the highest standard requirements and the most sophisticated technology in Chinese traffic construction history.Its infrastructure construction is facing a series of technical problems.Based on the engineering background of hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge's monolithic precasted pile,this paper focuses on researching on the key technology of integral abutment prefabrication and construction,and optimizing and improving the design and construction of the principal part of the project.This paper uses the method that combines theoretical study and field test,and use a variety of means,such as theoretical analysis and research,technology research at home and abroad.In this paper,the main research content is:(1)research on key technology of integral abutment prefabrication.(2)research on key technology of reinforcing bar engineering,template engineering,concrete engineering of precasted pile.(3)research on transportation,lifting and installation technology of integral abutment.(4)research on key technology of waters top and wet joint in the process of transportation of integral abutment.The main research results are: in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the engineering background of research on the key technique of integral prefabricated pier,lists the precast construction processes and procedures,to analyze the key difficulty in construction and put forward the corresponding technical measures;research on engineering technology of integral prefabricated pier,study on Reinforcement Engineering,template the key technology for engineering,concrete engineering,list the main construction method and analysis of the key points and put forward the corresponding technical measures for integral abutment;transportation,lifting and installation technology research,summed up the transport and hoisting construction technique,and analyze the key in construction,difficulties,measures and suggestions are given;research on key technology of whole sealing type pier in the transportation process and the wet joint,respectively on water,water retaining cofferdam sealing capsule,and wet joint construction Research summary of the law.And analysis of the construction of the key,difficult,give measures and suggestions for the development of Chinese bridge technology,as well as Chinese demand for the sea,the development of Chinese sea put forward their own thinking.
