Research On The Railway Train Diagram Completing And Organizing Mchanism

In recent years,China’s railway has made great progress,especially for the high speed rail network.With the development of our country’s economy,the people’s life has been better and better,the people’s willingness to travel increased greatly.At the same time,the logistics industry in China has developed rapidly,and the demand for cargo transportation has been greatly improved.However,our country’s railway operation organization mode that the basic operation is main way assisted by dispatching command is still laggard.This mode can not satisfy the changing transportation demand.This paper tries to build a new train diagram organization mechanism to meet the demand of transportation market.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper introduced the present situation of the organization mechanism of working drawing at home and abroad,and the research work on the train diagram at the present stage is introduced.(2)The paper introduced the concept of production planning theory and organizational change theory to make a theoretical paving for the organization mechanism of train diagram.Meanwhile,the paper introduced the train diagram and related elements,including the concept of train diagram,the relationship between train diagram and railway transportation plan,the relationship between train diagram and traffic organization mode,the relationship between train diagram and transportation.(3)the organization mechanism of train operation diagram is analyzed,including the organization level of railway transportation,the compilation process of train diagram,the compilation content of basic transport plan and the organization mechanism of train diagram.The existing problems of organization mechanism of train diagram in our country at present stage are put forward,including slow response to market demand,low participation rate of train diagram making for people at station level,and lack of professional editing team.(4)The paper improved the organization mechanism of train diagram and add the implementation plan layer on the original two level transport organization mode to meet the demand of daily market dynamic change.For this compilation mode,the business process of the train diagram and the Compilation Contents of the implementation plan are discussed.Finally,the organization mode of the train diagram is discussed.(5)The paper introduced the related theory of flexible production.The paper constructed the mechanism establishment train diagram flexible evaluation system based on the theory of flexible analysis.The paper analyze the flexibility degree of two mechanisms based on the demand from the market,the accuracy,the speed and range of planning plan.The analysis results show that the flexibility of the dynamic train diagram is more flexible.
