| Although the research on precision control technology of shipbuilding has been developed for many years,the precision control have matured on hull rather than pipe outfitting in most of the shipyards.And there is lack of systematic theoretical research on the precision control technology of pipe outfitting.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of ship construction,shorten the building period,improve the pre-outfitting rate in segmentation and reduce the cost of shipbuilding,this paper does study on the precision control of ship’s pipe outfitting.Based on hull precision control,the key factors,which influence the precision control of pipe fitting,are illustrated by the methods of statistical analysis and comparative law from the perspective of procedure of pipe outfitting construction.Then the reasons for pipe outfitting errors are analysed and the model of accumulative error is established,and pave the way for the research on the precision control of pipe outfitting.Taking pipe bending and welding deformation for research objects,the relationship between bending angle and springback angle is found and the precision of pipe bending is improved by using deformation law of pipe bending.Through the analysis of the characteristics of steel pipe welding,the temperature field and stress field are simulated by SYSWELD and the precision of welding is improved by analysing the influence of different methods on it.For the application of dimension chain technology in accuracy control of ship outfitting,the error compensation model of segmented pipeline is builded from the perspectives of subsection construction,pipe manufacturing and fitting.Taking a LPG ship with double bottom segment pipeline as a research instance,the precision problem of pipeline construction is put forward.On the basis of simulation by Marine G2 and precision measuring tool,the error compensation model of pipeline construction is used to optimize the current pipe in the double bottom segment pipeline,and the production accuracy monitoring and on-site installation guidance of the existing pipe are carried out according to precision control standard. |
