Abstract/Summary:
Due to the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge unique mechanical properties,attractive appearance,quick construction and good economic benefits,the CFST arch bridge has been widely used in our country.With the increase of span and the span of CFST arch bridge without brackets construction,most of the CFST arch bridges are constructed by cable-stayed hanging method.Because of the gradual stiffness of the bridge structure,the bridge construction process needs to be precisely controlled.In this paper,the CFST arch bridge is taken as the research object to study the key technology in the construction process of the cable hoisting cable tie method.The main contents are as follows:(1)The support vector machine theory is introduced into the calculation of buckling cable force of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.The calculation method of buckling cable force of steel tube concrete arch bridge based on support vector machine is proposed.Taking the project as an example,the correctness of the proposed method is verified.(2)According to the geological,topographic,bridge and construction characteristics of the project,the lightweight tunnel anchorage was designed and the ABAQUS finite element software was used to conduct the modeling analysis.The monitoring data of the light tunnel anchorage construction process were analyzed.(3)Aiming at the unsynchronized two-way traction of traction system,the circulating traction system was improved,and the forces of two kinds of circulating traction system before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed.(4)In order to reduce the damage to the steel pipe arch ribs and reduce the strength of the paint coating at the upper level,a new type of encircling buckle point is designed to reduce the adverse effects caused by the construction on the arch ribs.(5)In order to improve the accuracy of arch rib closing stage and reduce the closing wind direction,the design of the Orchid Bolt device which can be closed in a short time and instantaneously is given.
