Study On Conservation And Utilization Planning Of Historical Cultural Resources In Xi'an High-tech Zone

In recent years,there has been a continuous improvement historical cultural recources from all all sectors of society,and the sense of belonging strengthened unceasingly to the traditional history culture cognition.The emphasis on conservation and utilization of historical cultural recources has also been continuously strengthened.Xi'an is a national historical and cultural city and one of the four ancient capitals in China.Xi'an High-tech Zone,as an important urban development zone in the ancient capital of Xi'an,is characterized by rapid urban construction and rapid economic development,with varying degrees of damage to historical and cultural resources and historical environment,within its scope in the process of development,the connotation of its cultural spirit are also affected to some extent.Under the guidance of "Xi'an historical and cultural city conservation planning"(2008-2020),Xi'an High-tech Zone has been some specific recources conservation and utilization plan and corresponding measure.However,there is a lack of a comprehensive review,evaluation and evaluation of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone,and no systematic plan for the conservation and utilization of the whole is planned.Therefore,it is very necessary to comprehensively review and evaluate the historical and cultural resources of Xi'an High-tech Zone.It is also urgent to explore the theories,methods and contents of the research on the conservation and utilization planning of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone.Through a variety of research methods,the analytic hierarchy(AHP)process,to construct the value evaluation system of historical and cultural resources of Xi'an High-tech Zone.According to the literature research and the characteristics of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone this paper selects the reasonable evaluation factors.By means of fuzzy mathematical method,we quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate each factor,divide historical and cultural resources into four levels,and propose specific conservation and utilization planning measures for each level of historical and cultural resources.Through the construction of the planning framework for the conservation and utilization of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone,combined with the theory of regional holism,the theory of heritage corridor,the theory of greenway and the result of value evaluation,the author separately analyzes the overall historical and cultural resources,material historical and cultural resources,non-material history Cultural resources for grading conservation and utilization planning.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the research background of the dissertation,confirms the purpose,significance,research methods and framework of the dissertation,and reviews the related theory and practice at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly investigates the current situation of historical and cultural resources and the planning of conservation and utilization in Xi'an High-tech Zone,and summarizes and analyzes its characteristics and problems.The third chapter mainly constructs the evaluation system of the value of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone and evaluates and classifies the historical and cultural resources of Xi'an High-tech Zone.In the fourth chapter,we mainly plan the conservation and utilization of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone from three aspects of the overall cultural resources,material cultural resources and non-material culture resources,and propose specific conservation and utilization planning measures.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part of the thesis,summarizing the research results.This dissertation provides a theoretical and technical method for the conservation and utilization planning of historical and cultural resources in a similar urban development zone in our country through building a set of planning system suitable for the conservation and utilization of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an High-tech Zone.
