Space manipulator microgravity experiment system is used to eliminate the gravity of load of the space manipulator on the ground,so as to simulate space micro-gravity environment of space manipulator on-orbit status under the laboratory environment.In this paper,we make overall design and installation debugging for the ground microgravity space manipulator experimental system requirements.In this paper,the research work mainly includes:We compare different ways to simulate micro gravity on the Earth,after having investigated at home and abroad,and determine the method of experiment.First,we finish the design of space manipulator,and introduce the state of motion of space manipulator.Then we further make clear of demand of system development.Secondly,we completed the general design of space manipulator microgravity experiment system.We have been thought the system security,so regional distribution of system is fairly reasonable.Then the system components and the design process are introduced in this paper,including design of intelligent follow car and air flotation machine and so on.Next,in view of the development demands of objective function,we finish the electronic control system of space manipulator microgravity experiment system.Including controller design and communications design and electronic design of intelligent follow system and control program design.Finally,according to the developing demands if indicators,we test the system.
