The Coordination Responsibilities And Management Process Of Main Parties In China EPC Project

EPC has been widely used in the world,the research of EPC management is also extensive and in-depth.But problems comes in the process of C hina domestic application based on the advanced experience of the west,because of differences in the legal system,culture,national industry policy,we cannot apply mechanically the experience of foreign countries,we need to constantly in the project implementation process to summarize the experience and lessons,and explore the development of the road with the national conditions and characteristics of China.Firstly,thesis through the investigation and analysis of the status of research and development of EPC management mode at home and abroad;determine the research direction focus on the EPC project,about the main parties(The investor,supervision and the general contractor)coordination responsibilities and management process model.in the investment,progress,quality,safety management organization,Then through the expert interview and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the characteristics of the domestic EPC project mode,analyzes the difference between the EPC project and the traditional construction general contracting,and the problems existing in the actual operation of the domestic EPC project.Analysis of the main parties(the construction units,supervision units and the general contractor)advantages and disadvantages in the management and reasonable role,try to establish three part ies participation fusion project objectives(investment,progress,quality,safety)cooperative control group management framework,and combing the optimization for the management objectives of the work process,and point out some problems in the process of management.Finally,a case study of a warehouse project EPC project is carried out to compare the implementation of project management and final management objectives,to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed model.The results show that: the current resea rch on the EPC project mainly focused on the internal management of a unilateral construction units to explore the integration of major parties participating in the construction management personnel set up coordination management team,according to the management objective of weight division and management process to construct the few.The main construction of three party coordination working group,division of responsibilities,work out each management process,can effectively promote the objectives of the contract.The research results and conclusions have guiding value to the practice of process management.Because of the control of the limited resources,author can't act as the most senior leader in the project from the top to the ground to complete project implementation verification management idea,and need to improve the shortcomings of the theory by way of more case practice.
