With the progress of the society,the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing demand for Bridges and aesthetics.The cable-stayed bridge has the advantages of appearance,force performance,span ability and economy,to meet the current social development and people’s needs.But force system of cable-stayed bridge,the construction process is relatively complicated,therefore,for cable-stayed bridge construction control is particularly important,it is one of the measures of construction safety.Cable-stayed bridge construction control mainly includes the bridge linear control,the control,the control of suspension cable force of concrete stress,such as the three relations is to influence each other,need a comprehensive control to meet the design and use requirements.Hunchun bridge as engineering background,this paper analyze the static characteristics of Bridges of the left picture(including PI beam force analysis),based on its mechanical characteristics,madis/injured modeling analysis with finite element software,and to determine the reasonable state into a bridge as the goal,comprehensive consider selecting adaptive control method for the bridge construction control.The main research is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of Hunchun Bridge,the finite element software madis / civil is used to simulate the whole process of bridge construction.The structural characteristics and deformation of the key construction stage and the structural force after the bridge are analyzed and checked Whether the bridge state to meet the requirements to ensure that the bridge construction process safe and reliable.(2)Analyze the global sensitivity analysis of stress,displacement and cable force,mainly through changing the parameters of the main girder’s own weight,the cable tension and the ambient temperature.Through the finite element software madis / civil modeling parameter analysis,The influence of the cable temperature on the stress of the main beam is relatively large,and the three structural parameters are relatively large.The influence of the cable structure on the stress of the main beam is relatively large.The vertical displacement of the main beam and so have a greater impact.This data analysis provides theoretical data support for similar bridges.(3)Through the construction process and the characteristics of the bridge,the finite element model of bridge construction control is established with the aim of determining the reasonable bridge state.Based on the model analysis and forecasting,the structural stress of the Hunchun Bridge is analyzed.,The results of cable force and the final bridge state of the comparative analysis,and ultimately achieved a good control effect.
