Based on polypropylene plant as the research object,this paper detailed discusses the design of chemical plant lighting system optical parts,lighting power supply system.This paper first introduces chemical lighting research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of this paper studies,elaborated this article research methods and thesis fram.Chapter 2 introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of lighting system optical part,expounds the basic knowledge such as the standards,methods,kinds of lighting,types of light source,lamps and accessories,lamps of layout scheme,intensity of illumination calculation method and energy saving check.The third chapter describes in detail the low voltage power supply system,lists the design requirements of low voltage power supply and distribution system and the main tasks,expounds the choice of power supply,power calculation and current calculation method,and thus for the cables and electrical equipment selection.The fourth chapter to sixth chapter in polypropylene plant as object of engineering design,design lighting system optical parts and the lighting power supply system.Chemical plant electrical design as an important part of plant design,is the important guarantee of the device power.Must be according to the actual situation of project and considering the reasonable requirements of owner,strictly abide by the state and related specifications,to be justified,relevant to the engineering practice.And on the premise of abide by the relevant specification and try to improve the design,the pursuit of better economic and technical.During chemical device of electric lighting design,lighting system optical parts is first designed,combination with the engineering environment characteristics and special requirements to determine the type of lamps and lanterns,power,number and layout;In accordance with the requirements for the function of each place and the owner decorate switches and sockets.next to allocating each outlet loop of distribution box,analy power and calculate current,so as to choose the type of cable and cross section and low voltage electrical equipment;Determine the capacity and location of the distribution box,select the line cable and protection equipment specification and model,map distribution box system.Finally determine the distribution box distribution way and system grounding method,draw the low voltage system main single line diagram,power distribution cabinet system schematic diagram.
