Development And Application Of Key Equipment For Offshore Deepwater Immersed Tube Installation

The development of the world of the tunnel has been nearly a hundred years of history,Chinese started late,in early 60 s,Shanghai carried out to explore the method of theory,but it was not until 1984 in Guangzhou and Ningbo began the construction of the Pearl River,Yongjiang immersed tunnel mark in mainland China started the application of this technology.However,the construction technology of offshore immersed tunnel has been in the hands of several top companies in foreign countries,and is in a monopoly position in construction equipment and process methods.Under this precondition,the project has been started.In this paper,the investigation of immersed tunnel construction equipment at home and abroad,combined with the construction of immersed tunnel project in Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao,carried out the research work of the key equipment of immersed tube installation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.studied the development process of immersed tunnel,investigated the immersed tunnel construction and equipment development at home and abroad,analyzed the importance and urgency of the development of immersed tunnel construction equipment in china.2.the function of the immersed tube installation ship system is studied,and the design of the ship anchorage system is tested,analyzed and compared,and the main parameters of the anchor system are given.3.the design and research of the medium load system and the immersed tube drawing system in the installation process of immersed tube are introduced in detail.The composition and functional requirements of each system are investigated and tested,and the equipment system suitable for the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao project is developed.4.process instructions play a key equipment and equipment system of pipe section tunnel in the installation process,strive for the key equipments and equipment system in preparation,settlement of immersed tube,tube pulling,immersed tube hydraulic applicability and after installation in the work of comprehensive analysis.
