The method of constructing immersed tube tunnel is new technology in China. Because the advantages of such tunnel are huge, this project will be developed greatly in our country. For example, the tunnel section of the famous project-Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which is being constructed, has been identified by way of immersed tunnel. In addition, the part project of crossing TaiHu in the second channel of Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed, the Bohai Sea Bridge and many other major projects are expected to use the immersed tube method to construct their tunnel sections.Currently, the measurement technology of immersed tunnel is still relatively backward;there is not any comprehensive measurement program. In order to rationalize the measurements in the project of immersed tube tunnel, we develop a more scientific measurement program, and innovate some technologies which are involved in the immersed tube tunnel. This thesis specially is carried out for such systematic and basic research.Firstly,this thesis introduces the history of the immersed tube tunnel and the development of its special technology. Then, it sums up the measurement required in the construction of the immersed tube tunnel, and explains the principle and the method of the measurement. Thirdly, the thesis focus on studying of one core technology in immersed tube tunnel——the mathematical model of the measurement in the process of tube immersed work, and points out some disadvantages in the thinking of spatial transformation model, for example it is complex, and transformation parameters can not guarantee the accuracy, and so on. In order to improve the accuracy in the positioning of tube sinking, this thesis innovatily points that we can use mathematical models for solving equations to achieve the real time position, because the spatial distance between tower control points and characteristic points on tube remain the same. Finally, a simulation test to verify that the model can be suitable for measurement required in the process of tube sinking.This thesis focuses on the theory and the method,and studies all measurements required in the project of immersed tube tunnel. The achievement is helpful for training technical staff, developing measurement programs, and it lay a foundation for the advanced study in future. |
