This paper mainly aims at the problems of the cracks in the box girder web during the construction process of the Dongjiang Bridge.In the light of the cracks in the box girder of the long-span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,the following research work is carried out:1?The cracks of continuous rigid frame bridge box girder construction in our country at present appear in the summary system are summarized,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of the cracks in the girder web structure design,construction management and other aspects of health.2?This paper analyzes the continuous rigid frame bridge in the whole construction process of the stress distribution of large span concrete,through theoretical analysis and finite element calculation software,the box girder in the cantilever construction stage of stress distribution,and verified according to the actual bridge.3 ? In this paper,the causes of cracks in Dongjiang River Bridge during construction are analyzed,and the measures taken are analyzed theoretically and verified by real bridge.Mainly from the concrete pouring quality,prestress tension control,concrete maintenance and design of four aspects of control measures were studied.4?This paper uses the method of field measurement and theoretical analysis of the combination of the analysis based on Dongjiang Bridge.The results show that the cracks produced during construction can be greatly reduced by the control of the construction process.
