In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and traffic construction,Large-span PC Continuous Rigid Frame bridge with its fine structure performance has been widely applied in engineering construction in China. We have built a large number of long-span bridge with world standards. However, as the design theory of imperfect and construction quality defects and load overloading as well as poor management and maintenance work and other reasons, many in built bridge Box Girder of Continuous Rigid-frame bridge floor and operation stages of longitudinal cracks appeared, this problem has aroused wide-ranging importance of bridge engineering sector. In order to probe into Large-span PC Continuous Rigid-frame Box Girder Bridge Slab cracking mechanism of longitudinal crack and take effective prevention and control measures,this article to the Ziyang Hanjiang River extra large bridge main bridge of Continuous Rigid-frame for relying on the Project,using Finite Element procedure for PC Continuous Rigid Frame bridge calculation of the stress and displacement analysis.This paper mainly studies include:This paper introduces the development of large-span PC Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge and current research status of box beam crack. And introduces the stress calculation and analysis method of box beam.This paper briefly introduces formation causes of concrete cracks. On the basis of this focus analysis of continuous rigid-frame box beam cracking mechanism of longitudinal crack.From different aspects proposed prevention measures for slab vertical cracks.and introduces several typical reinforcing and repairing methods.This paper basing on Ziyang Hanjiang River Bridge,through the establishment of finite element model as a whole,analysis the overall structure,and through the establishment of local finite element model,analysis stress distribution of bottom slab of the section of bridge closure.Focus on research adverse effects on bottom longitudinal cracks by radial force.in the end,this paper gives several advice of the prevention of longitudinal crack.
