Study On Construction Management And Application Of Mechanical Parking Facilities

With the rapid development of city economy and people's strong pursuit of high quality life,car ownership is rising.As of June 2017,car ownership in Guangzhou has exceeded 2 million 340 thousand,and for a long time in the future,will continue to grow up.Parking problems of the urban center of Guangzhou city become more prominent.Supply and demand of parking is very prominent compared with the traditional parking lot,mechanical parking facilities can save the area,improve the utilization rate of city space,and do well with flexible configuration,high degree of automation,low cost advantages.Therefore the study on construction management and application of mechanical parking facilities has important significance to alleviate the city traffic problem and improve the contradiction between supply and demand of parking problems of the urban center of Guangzhou.Although both the state and local governments have issued a series of policies and regulations related to the construction standard,but in Guangzhou,there is still lack of detailed rules for the implementation of management which can promote the popularization of mechanical parking facilities.Based on the laws,regulations and technical standards,by using literature method,questionnaire method,analysis method and data analysis method,to analyze the importance and superiority of the mechanical parking facilities on improving the parking problems of urban center of Guangzhou city,effectively alleviating the traffic pressure in the city,saving the city land resources,increasing the supply of parking spaces,and promoting to solve the problem that the amount of current parking space is far less than that of car ownership.At the same time,the questionnaire and the field research about the application of the status quo of existing mechanical parking facilities in Guangzhou city showed that the current application of mechanical parking facilities in Guangzhou is much less,approval of project is difficult,operation is complex and some other problems.On the basis of further research and analysis,there are some solutions,for example,with paying attention and encouraging by the Guangzhou municipal government is to make the development of mechanical parking facilities,and by the coordination of various functional departments about the construction planning of parking facilities,optimizing the approval process,the introduction of private capital actively.Besides,with the government's support,the R & D enthusiasm of manufacturers would be enhanced,which could improve parking equipment production technology and parking experience and so on.The more increasing of construction of mechanical parking facilities and acceptance of people in Guangzhou,the more convenience would be brought to the society and people's life.In addition,this paper makes uses of stakeholder analysis to clarify the interests of all parts.On this basis,through the analysis of the project construction management and related data,indicating that in addition to social and environmental benefits,the construction of mechanical parking facilities in the urban center of Guangzhou also has very considerable economic benefits,especially with the scale management of the whole mechanical parking facilities,the investment profit rate is higher.The more inflow of funds should be promoted into the construction of mechanical parking facilities,the more effectively increasing of mechanical parking facilities construction in Guangzhou,which could increase the supply of parking spaces in the limited land resources indeed.
