Study On The Plant Landscape Combination And Landscape Evaluation Of Villa Communities In Southern China

Plant is the essence with the significant development of villa landscape zone in modern society of china.Today the responsibility of a landscape designer should pay more attention to build a hamonious environmental villa design in cities.From past concept,the design of villa only serves the purpose on the residential function due to old educational background and culture.However,villas are closely related to the aim of planning a comfortable and beautiful villa community.Furthermore,designers should master the knowledge of species,seasonal character,adaptation,maintenance and other issues from plants,which is the only way on how to form a beautiful and co-living atmosphere and on how to improve living quality through a good soft landscape design.This dissertation will draw a comprehensive analysis base on public green area from the residential villa communities of the southern China,according to the above statement.First of all,this dissertation will analyze both on theoretical aspect and practical aspect in plant landscape design from different villa communities.In theory aspect,the analysis is base on the relationship between the basic elements,functions,types and the configuration of plants.In practical aspect,the study on different cases comes from the observation of 20 villas form 2015 to 2017.Three villa projects had been built,which represente the general concept of those southern China villa projects.From the research of the three cases above,we drew a conclusion by analysis and doing comnparison between the green samples.Secondly,the dissertation also make a combination and comparison theoretically and practically from the research,in order to explore the plant solutions of the villa communities and try to use it to testified the result through a construction project.In the end,the dissertion not only provide a reference for the study of landscape planting design of Southern China,but also support a concise practical reference for the combination and design evaluation of the plant landscape.
