Study On Environmental Landscape Design Of Resettlement District In Luoyang New District

The construction of the resettlement community has a positive impact on improving the utilization rate of land resources,solving the problem of "new citizens" housing,maintaining social stability and promoting urban construction.Resettlement community at home and abroad in this paper,by analyzing the present research situation of luoyang new district characteristics,on the construction of resettlement community formation reasons from the overall environmental situation in different types of activity space environment landscape present situation from two aspects to investigate.First of all,the selection of luoyang new district six typical dragon beginning resettlement residential area and marina area plot of field investigation,the number one in residential area design specification standards,from space layout,road traffic,landscape,environment facilities in four aspects,such as the overall analysis of the resettlement residential area landscape,found "space layout of the monotonous,formal serious" and "landscape is missing,no scene can reward","environmental facilities humble","lack of demand research and the integration of regional culture","the late management does not reach the designated position,the lack of sustainable development thinking",the resettlement residential area in city residential area of seem to be some "alien",affect the integrity of the city.Second,in the form of questionnaires and interviews,to investigate the six resettlement community residents living habits,the analysis of the "new citizens" of the relationship of the behavior type and the time and place,and the activity space for six resettlement community environment present situation analysis,summarizes the current status of resettlement residential area in the five types of environment problems.Finally,according to the existing problems,five principles and six strategies are put forward.Through the combination of theory and practice to the marina district 5 resettlement residential environment landscape design as an example,studies the construction of luoyang cultural characteristics,people-oriented,harmonious,ecological livable resettlement residential area landscape environment,in order to achieve the "new citizen" modernization demand for residential environment landscape.
