With the wide application of high-quality liner power in aviation,aerospace,and military equipment.Higher performance programmable liner power supplies is great helpful for verifying the electrical equipment and improving the adaptability and reliability of power supply,as well as reducing the development and testing cost of the power supply system.At present,domestic linear power supply devices have low output accuracy,low measurement accuracy,and narrow frequency range,and there is still a certain gap between the domestic level and foreign advanced level.The programmable linear power supply mentioned in this paper can be used as a high-quality linear power supply,it can also perform wide-band automatic waveform compiling and controlling.at the same time,it also provides special functions for users.The entire system combines the features of digital circuit waveform compilation,flexible control and high accuracy of analog circuit power output.The maximum output frequency is up to 1500 Hz.It can be used as a single-phase or three-phase product.It can also achieve DC/AC/DC+AC output,analog power supply abnormalities,a variety of measurement functions and timing functions.This article starts from the function of programmable linear power supply,analyzes the requirements of programmable linear power supply,formulates the soft overall scheme.And puts forward the difficulties in the program--high-precision arbitrary waveform compiling and high-precision voltage output technology,and further proposes solution,and achieved on the platform.The main work of this article is divided into the following sections:Firstly,this paper analyzes the demand of programmable linear power supply,finally selects the scheme of ARM+DSP dual-core processor.Runing the DSP/BIOS real-time operating system on DSP with C language onCCS5.5 platform;ARM kernel uses C++ language write interface program in QT environment on Linux embedded platform.Secondly,the traditional waveform generation technology is analyzed.Based on the direct analog frequency synthesis and phase-locked loop frequency synthesis technology,a new waveform generation technology—direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS)technology is adopted.At the same time using multi-channel audio interface for waveform data transmission.Ensure the output waveform synchronization and system bandwidth.Then,based on the existing research of RS485 interface standard,a RS485 bus communication protocol with high stability and real-time performance is designed to achieve amplitude modulation and control of the signal in this paper.In order to ensure the accuracy of the final output voltage of the power supply,a PID control strategy was introduced into the system.Based on the positional PID algorithm and the incremental PID algorithm,an improved incremental PID algorithm is proposed,and the parameter tuning methods of two PID control strategies are also introduced.Finally,this paper studies the software system,a programmable linear power supply experimental platform is built to test the programmable linear power supply.Then analyzed the test results.Test results show that all parameter detection functions have been achieved and meet the accuracy requirements.
