As the 13 th Five-Year Plan is coming to an end,China's industrial level has been greatly improved.At the same time,the operation status of mechanical equipment as an important driving device in industrial production is directly related to production interests and personal safety.Urgently.However,the traditional monitoring method is complicated and wastes manpower,so it is necessary to design a modern mechanical equipment monitoring system.Based on actual needs,this topic combines the current Internet cloud technology to develop a remote monitoring system for mechanical equipment based on a cloud platform.The main tasks are as follows:(1)In-depth research on the current status of monitoring systems,vibration analysis technology and cloud technology at home and abroad,and the demand analysis of the cloud platform mechanical equipment monitoring system need to have requirements for vibration signal monitoring,temperature signal monitoring,vibration algorithm analysis,etc.,and then the overall structure Carry out the design to pave the way for the design of the vibration algorithm and the development of the upper and lower subsystems later.(2)Design the vibration algorithm part of the monitoring system.First analyze the typical faults of mechanical equipment,and then compare and choose two adaptive decomposition algorithms EMD and LMD,and determine LMD as the decomposition algorithm of the system;then the LMD algorithm is optimized for noise reduction,and finally the optimized LMD is determined As the vibration algorithm of this system,the whole set of algorithms are verified,analyzed and applied by simulating vibration signals.(3)Design and development of the lower subsystem of the monitoring system.Select the STM32 chip as the main control chip,use ADX372 and PT100 as the signal collector,and draw the overall structure of the subordinate and the circuit diagram of each unit module;then on this basis,design the software flowchart of the subordinate subsystem.Cooperate with the functions of signal acquisition and upload.(4)Design and development of the upper subsystem of the monitoring system.It is divided into PC-side and mobile-end monitoring systems,both of which use the cloud platform as a data center to realize the function of interacting with the cloud database;in the local PC-side monitoring system,the Winform form development method is used to realize real-time data display,Functions such as data storage andquery and vibration algorithm call;in the mobile terminal monitoring system,the WeChat applet is used to develop to ensure that users can monitor mechanical equipment more conveniently and realize auxiliary functions such as data query.Finally,the performance of the monitoring system is tested and analyzed.The results show that the modules of the system run stably and perform well,meeting the design requirements of the subject.
