Design Of Control System For Mobile Charging Car

With increasingly serious environmental pollution in recent years,the haze weather and make clean energy gas applications are becoming more and more widely,natural gas car instead of wood(steam)block,its quantity achieved rapid growth in recent years,to service stations has been rapid development,liquefied natural gas(LNG)stations in 2015 reached 2260.Emerging energy equipment company has an independent research and development of the country's largest mobile charging car,can realize the function of "a LPG + transport".In this paper the research content is the design of automatic control system of mobile charging car,according to modular,intelligent control system and the development direction of safe and reliable,this scheme adopts the modular design approach,according to the technological process and the scope,will be loaded car control system is divided into "instrument control system,charging measurement control system and remote diagnostic control system three big functional units.The instrument control system mainly complete process control functions,implementation of LNG charging car preset temperature transmitter,pressure transmitter,process control valve,inverter and other equipment;Charging measurement control system mainly complete filling of measurement and payment transaction control;Remote diagnostic control system mainly to complete the process state data of mobile charging car remote acquisition,monitoring and emergency control.The scheme design of a set of automatic control system with PLC as the control center,based on the field of digital and analog signal acquisition,make full use of the powerful of PLC logical ability to achieve the function of LNG mobile charging car filling,through the design of the integrated circuit boards,centralized control filling measurement function and the function of remote diagnosis,to replace the artificial site operation,so that the charging car more secure,reliable and economic operation.According to the strict test of the control system,under the conditions of LNG cryogenic instrument control and reliable;Gas metering precision accuracy;Remote control and monitoring of normal.Currently in shandong,shanxi,hebei of more than 50 LNG mobile charging car,after more than a year of operation and customer feedback,this design can meet the application functionality and performance requirements.
