The intercity railway of urban agglomeration is developing rapidly currently,and the flow of each element in the urban agglomeration between the core cities,the core cities and the secondary cities is frequent.In order to give full play to the advantages of the intercity railway,this paper focuses on the setting method of its stop plan from the angle of the transportation organization.Firstly,combining with the existing research,the theoretical basis of the intercity railway stop plan is systematically combed,which includes the basic components and the stop modes.And the main influence factors are analyzed quantitatively from the demand of passenger flow,the technical demand of railway station organization and the cost of railway enterprises.Then,the principle and process of drawing up its stop plan are summarized from the point of view of passenger and enterprise,and taking the typical urban agglomeration intercity railway as an example,the characteristics of stops plan are statistically analyzed from three aspects: the operation proportion of freight liners,the average stop rate of intermediate stations and the average stop time of intermediate stations.Secondly,focusing on two aspects of stop plan and passing capacity,stop plan and train diagram stability,the effect of stop plan on them are analyzed quantitatively.Among them,the former is based on the time of loss to calculate the quantitative relationship between the stops and the loss time,which under the circumstance of the train lines tightly paved and the presence or absence of over-taken trains.The latter is based on the existing train diagram stability simulation platform and research methods to analyze the relationship between stop plans and buffer time utilization rates,stop plans and stability of the train diagram,which by setting up different kinds of stop plans.On this basis,summary the stop rules which are beneficial to improve the utilization of buffer time.Combined with the above analysis,the connotation of effective utilization of intercity railway capacity is put forward.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis,the mathematical model of the urban agglomeration intercity railway stop plan based on effective utilization of ability is put forward,in which the minimum number of basic stops and the minimum distribution deviation of station train stop as the objective function,and the service frequency of each station train,the transport capacity of each section and station,and the number of train stops as the constraint conditions.Meanwhile,design the Binary Particle Swarm Optimization based on Simulated Annealing to solve the model,and taking the actual urban agglomeration intercity railway to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm by using MATLAB programming.
