ZAOZUO?Nervous System and other brand's products,with SWOT analysis method to find the parameters of the home products design point.Using the parametric design tools – Grasshopper,to research and simulation of natural features,man-made features,and extract this features,formed the logic design program.Simulation of the growth process,establishment of parametric model,and combined the parameters of the model with household products design,to rich the home product forms.Forming the design method of parametric household products.Using the modern processing methods,to design different types of parametric home products,and shape the parametric style of the home brand.In order to carry on the preliminary exploration for later related design.Through the research of different home brands,analysis of existing home products,find the entry point of parametric home product design.Using parametric design tools--Grasshopper,study and Simulation natural phenomena such as microbial growth,broken glass,flow ripple etc.,extract this phenomena characteristics,formation logic program,growth program simulation,to establish a parametric model,and combine with the home furnishing product design,building a parametric style of home brands.To lay the foundation for future design.There are five chapters of this paper: The first chapter is the background,research the significance of parametric home product design for future household products.Analysis the present situation and future trend of home furnishing product design.Through literature review?market research and other research methods,to find the innovation of parametric design in home product design.Using literature review,market research and other research methods,to find the innovation of parametric design in home product design.The second chapter summarizes the basic principles of parametric design and working of parametric design tool ——Grasshopper.This chapter analyzed how to meet the requirement of sensibility and rationality from two aspects.The third chapter is the research of existing home brands.With the researching method of questionnaire,we find the target user and entry point of parametric household product design.The fourth chapter is experiments of simulation of the natural forms.Provide the prototype of the subsequent home product design.The fifth chapter,based on the experimental program,combined with the functional parameters of household products,design products from color pattern,texture,structural,materials and some other aspects.At the same time,to explore the future development of parametric household brands,formation the parametric design style,innovative the purchase ways,to convey the design concept.Finally meet the needs of people for diversified household products.
