With the rapid development of national economy and fast-paced urbanization,Rail transit goes faster and faster in Chinese large and medium-sized city.As the rail transit network becoming increasingly intensive, and urban traffic network improving incrementally, intersection between urban road and rail transit occurred frequently,Especially, the situation that city road beneath existing rail viaduct is inevitable. In the process of urban road and underground pipelines passing city rail transit viaduct line beneath, perturbations to architectural structures is ineluctable, according to the limit of geologic environment and construction technological process. The perturbations result in distortion of the structures of stratum, bridge and rail, that will has a bad influence on operation safely of existing traffic lines. This paper research the process and effects mentioned above by taking as the example of Changzhou Road in Fangshan District crossing the existing Fangshan metro viaduct, and on the basis of studying former research fruit and reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature.Firstly, comprehensive analysis of hydro-geological data, design and conduction documentation and status detection etc have been conducted, with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software establishing three-dimensional calculation model to simulate conduction process new wastewater pipeline jacking through existing metro viaduct.Secondly, analyzing the security influence of proposed project conduction impacting to existing metro structure,in the light of distortion calculation of metro viaduct structure. Finally, put forward protection proposals of existing rail viaduct and suggestion about engineering conduction based on the analyzed results.
