With the energy demand rapid growth, cooling tower used for cooling circulating water is getting bigger, and the tower body is also turning higher, which is more than180m.This topic is the subject of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". The hydraulic jacking flat bridge is special purpose construction equipment whose predominant species is used for the domestic cooling tower. We’ll focus on the dynamic characters of hydraulic jacking flat bridge, and put on making the flexible attached calculation software.Adopting the finite software ANSYS, establish the model of independent height of hydraulic jacking flat bridge without flexible attached to. Determine the static calculation condition according to load characteristics curve of flat bridge and the dangerous working conditions by comparing the stress,and its stress coincides with the test result,so this verifies the correctness of the finite element model of flat bridge.And using the soft ANSYS,through transient dynamic analysis, we calculate the dynamic load coefficients of different lifting speeds, when lifting speed is in a certain range, the dynamic load coefficient of hoisting speed is increasing with the lifting speed; More than the range, the dynamic load coefficient is changing somewhat flat. According to calculation and analysis of the three typical working conditions, through the stress comparison, we confirm the most dangerous situation that is compound condition of the weight from the ground lifting and slew, and the greatest stress is1.5times as large as the stress which is at static analysis.When the height of bridge is more than the independent heigth, In order to ensure the stable structure and the smoothly work of the bridge,we must use the wire rope that is multilayer and having the pre-tensile force flexible attached to it. Take the hydraulic jacking flat bridge and the wire rope attached to the top of the flat bridge into account as bridge system. We do its static and dynamic analysis by use of software ANSYS, the biggest stress of dynamic calculation is about2.4times of that of the static stress, the displacement which is in the top of the bridge is7times or so of that of the static displacement, and the wire rope tension is also increased. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyse on bridge system by dynamic.According to the analysis and calculation of hydraulic jacking flat bridge with flexible attached to, with VB6.0and Matlab7.0programming language and dynamically connected Excell2003and Acess2003, we develop flexible attached calculation software. The software has the function of numerical calculation, curve drawing, preservation, searching, deleting, printing and report generation. The software is a special calcultion software of flexible attachment,which creates establishment of the flexible attached calculation software on ground,and it is conducive the designers to calculate, cut sown their workload and shorten their design cycle, which plays a positive role in the design of the flat bridge.
