An Overall Sduty Of An Africa LNG Import Terminal

In recent years,with the development of the economy in West Africa,the domestic demand for energy is increasing.LNG as a clean energy product plays an important role to promote the optimization and adjustment of energy structure and resources allocation.Firstly,the study forecasts the domestic natural gas demand and carries on the analysis of supply and demand balance.Secondly,analyzes different forms of LNG terminal to determine the form suitable for local environment;analyzes development trend of global LNG trade and potential LNG supply resources;investigates LNG transportation market,and determines the vessel type according to the project requirements and the location of available resources;proposes technical requirements for FSRU;compares and optimizes LNG terminal general layout and structure form.Finally,optimizes LNG terminal process system,through dynamic simulation of critical process,the main design parameters of the LNG loading/unloading system,cold circulation and flare system were determined.
