With the development of Modern Project Management System,promoted the innovation on the Earned Value Management(EVM).Earned Value(EV)is an integrated analytical method,which can be applied to many kinds of project and organization structure.Meanwhile,it has been widely applied with acknowledged by personnel in Project Management and Financial Management.Through research on the theory of EV-Method,the Body is mainly to discuss the orientation of EV-Method optimization,and expand the actual application in Enterprise Management.Firstly,introduced the research background of EV-method,the research status and development direction at home and abroad.Based on the status quo of project management,put forward the importance of EV-method in project management.Secondly,introduced the basic theory and principles of EV-method,included the theories of cost control and schedule control in project.In addition,based on the study of theories,point out the deficiency of EV-method.For research basis of EV-method is accumulated cost,which cannot reflect the actual status completely under integral analysis.Put forward that it need effectively optimize the work breakdown to improve the accuracy and practicability of EV-method.At last,based on the actual application of EV-method in Enterprise Management of FW Company,to present the details of optimization in EV-method and be worked with financial system to improve the imperfection of work breakdown,and combing the percentage completion method with EV-method to solve existing issue.To achieve the information sharing and joint management between project management and financial management.and promote the integrated project management.
