| The advantages of Induction motors are simple structure,durable,easy to maintain,cheap and so on.Especially with alternating frequency conversion technique and novel control strategy emerging,the application of Induction motor speed regulation system is more and more widely used.Alternating frequency conversion technique is divided into VVVF(Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency)system,VC(Vector Control)system and DTC(Direct Torque Control)system.With the rapid development of industry,the controller is put forward higher requirements.Among them,the VC system has the superior speed regulation performance and gradually becomes a research hotspot.Therefore,this paper aims at the vector control strategy of Induction motor,and studies the method of Induction motor parameter identification,rotor flux indirect direction and a method to correct rotor flux Angle,the paper contains the following:(1)The principle of Vector control of Induction motor is described,and the principle of rotation coordinate transformation and the principle of SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)are analyzed.(2)The method for outline parameter identification of Induction motors-Direct method,Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)method;using SVPWM technology,the required parameters are identified by direct current experiment,single phase AC experiment and no-load experiment.(3)Using the outline parameter identification of rotor resistance,mutual inductance and self-inductance,realizing the traditional directional vector control method based on rotor flux.(4)Because the indirect directional vector control system based on the rotor flux is affected by the parameter change of the Induction motor,a method can be used to correct the rotor flux Angle.(5)The design of the controller hardware circuit,which is mainly controlled by STM32F103C8T6 of STM32F103C8T6,including power supply circuit,detection circuit,the inverter main circuit and driver circuit.After experiment,vector control technology to realize the method mentioned in this paper is Induction motors direct method,the DFT parameter identification,the traditional slip type indirect rotor flux oriented vector control strategy,the rotor flux linkage Angle online correction method,and can meet the requirements of high performanc... |
