In order to make a better control on indoor thermal environment,this article proposes a control based on thermal sensation prediction,with an infrared camera detect subject's skin temperature,and subject express their thermal sensation through a Human-Machine Interface,and then get a thermal comfort zone of subject by online-learning method,at last,system will predict subject's thermal sensation and adjust temperature setting according to the thermal comfort zone.This paper studies the characteristics and laws of the automatic control of comfort thermal environment,it has reference value for the practical application of indoor thermal environment control system based on model prediction.During this study,we have constructed a test bed and recruited subjects to conduct this experiment,the subject stay in the room,study and work normally,they should express hot or cold when feel thermal uncomfortable.At the end of the experiment,the experimental data were processed and analyzed.Combined with the user evaluation,the feasibility and practicability of the thermal sensation-based predictive control were confirmed.On this basis,the temperature-measuring bracelet was used instead of the infrared camera to conduct three person experiment and explored the application of predictive control methods in group experiments.At the end of the article,a new Human-Machine Interface with energy consumption information feedback was also proposed,and the energy saving effect brought by it was quantitatively studied.The main conclusions of this article are:First,the indoor thermal environment control based on thermal sensation prediction is feasible and practical.The system performed well in adjusting indoor temperature settings.It can be seen from the user evaluation that the majority of users are comfortable with the indoor thermal environment,and the satisfaction rate reached 82%.At the same time,through contrast experiments,it was found that the indoor thermal environment control based on thermal sensation prediction have certain advantages in terms of energy consumption and reduction of complaints;Secondly,a temperature-measuring bracelet was developed to realize the prediction of three people's thermal sensation at the same time,and two principles for group thermal sensation judgment were put forward-the principle of majority and the principle of difference addition,using both the principle determines the group thermal sensation and then performs predictive control.The experimental result is that the indoor thermal environment control based on the temperature-measuring bracelet can well regulate the indoor thermal environment and timely update the temperature setting value to make the room temperature reach a reasonable range;Thirdly,an energy consumption information feedback interface was designed to promote user's energy saving behavior through energy consumption information feedback,and quantitatively studied the energy saving effect brought by energy consumption information feedback,reaching 12.73%.
