Research On Urban Underground Space Planning And Design Based On G+3P Model

Since the end of the 20 th century,many large and medium-sized cities in China have successively compiled special plans for the use of underground space.As an important part of urban space resources,the important role of underground space in national security strategic preparedness,disaster emergency response,mitigation of urban development,shortage of land resources,and transfer of urban land functions is gradually being recognized and used.After the reform and opening up,China ' s urban planning construction has placed more emphasis on economic development,and urban underground space planning promoted by the market economy model has gradually deviated from the essential needs of national combat readiness.The complexity of the current international order is becoming more and more uncertain.In the peacetime when the government cannot plan large amounts of funds for the development of urban underground space,the idea of underground space construction and development that facilitates financing has become the dominant idea of planning.In addition,urban development on the ground and underground planning are independent and they cannot cope with the demand for efficient and sustainable development of future cities.The demand for the development and construction of underground space in modern urban development has undergone enormous changes.How to meet the opportunities and challenges in the new international situation,how to update the establishment of a new concept of national urban underground space planning and design patterns and technical specifications,is an urgent matter.Based on the above background,this paper examines the status quo of urban underground space planning and design at home and abroad,proposes the G+3p underground space planning concept,and discusses the undergroundspace function system and its combination,functions and design of each functional space under this concept.In addition,the key points for the security design of underground space in the "wartime","emergency" and "flat" are proposed.Finally,the modern humanistic planning and design needs and principles are proposed for the physical,psychological and cultural environment of underground space.Through research and analysis,the concept of urban underground space planning under the G+3P model is established,and the urban underground space planning and design strategy under the guidance of the G+3P planning concept is constructed.From the aspect of function system,space layout,space security and environment,the underground space planning and design system based on government readiness guidance and public-private partnership will be perfected.
