With the development of industrial technology,There are more and more nonlinear load in the power system,which cause serious pollution to the power grid.At the same time,Complicated,sophisticated and sensitive equipments become popular.It is urgent to monitor and evaluate the power quality of power grid.In this paper,supported by Wireless Sensor Network and Software Development Technology,a program for power quality monitoring based on IoT is proposed.The major work is following:(1)Power quality data collection platform is established,achieved fully power quality data collection by applying LoRa WSN technology,and realized reliable transmission and efficient processing of power quality parameters through TCP/IP wireless communication technology and middleware technology.(2)With the Cortex-M4 processing chip and special metering chip RN7302 as the hardware core,and ?C/OS-II embedded realtime operating system used as the system architecture,the power quality monitoring nodes are designed and the communication protocol between modules are established,realized the accurate collection and stability of data transmission.(3)In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation,through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different comprehensive evaluation methods,set up index measurement evaluation matrix,determine the weights of evaluation index of power quality comprehensive,make evaluation result more scientific and accurate.(4)According to the demand of the monitoring system,monitoring system application is designed which includes the login management,network management,data display,node management,operation management and fault alarm module,improve the scalability and maintainability of the system.Through the power calibration method for power quality monitoring nodes,the system test validation shows that the proposed monitoring system can accurately capture the power quality data,which reached the design requirements.The application function is perfect and easy to use,realizes the automatic monitoring of power quality and the intelligent management of power information,the system enjoys high practical use value.
