Study On Seismic Appraisal Method Of A Steel Structure Factory

In the process of long-term use,steel structure plant was influenced by use of environment and external environment easily,it would result in reduction of seismic capacity of the steel structure plant.However,standard for seismic appraiser of building was short of identification content of steel structure plant in China currently.In order to evaluate the seismic performance of steel structure plant effectively,this article was based on a steel structure plant,make a comparison between the methods of seismic evaluation of steel structures was made,combined with the characteristics of the steel structure plant,the evaluation method of seismic performance for this steel structure plant is concluded;Moreover,SAP2000 was used to carry out finite element analysis and evaluation for the seismic performance of the steel structure plant;Finally,based on the finite element analysis and evaluation,a kind of seismic appraiser method which was suitable for this steel structure plant was summarized,and that also provided reference for seismic identification of similar projects.The main research contents of this article were as follows:1.The reasons,contents and methods of the detailed investigation of industrial buildings was introduced.According to the actual situation of a steel structure factory,the detailed investigation is made,by using the order from the bottom to the top to do the general survey and detailed examination of this steel factory,summarizing a general procedure for detailed investigation of steel structure workshops of this process.2.Compared and analyzed the contents of standard for seismic appraiser of building about steel structure plant in China and abroad,combined with the actual situation of factory,summarized seismic appraiser process of the steel structure plant.And introduced how to make sure the value of load,the choice of analysis method and the determination of performance target in detail;3.SAP2000 was used to establish a seismic appraisal analytical model and carry out static nonlinear method based on design drawings and field survey data of this steel structure plant,the seismic performance of the plant was evaluated according to the confirmed performance objective,and got evaluation results;4.By study the whole process of aseismic identification of a steel structure it could be got a general of seismic appraiser method which was suitable for this steel structure plant,and that also provided reference for seismic identification of similar projects.
