In the past two years,the state has liberalized the production conditions of electric vehicles,and electric vehicles have been strongly supported and promoted.As consumers to the attention of electric cars is rising,the collision safety requirements also need to be very good security,the state of pure electric vehicle collision safety performance is also put forward the corresponding requirements.The design of electric vehicles should meet the requirements of national standard GB20071-2006 "occupant protection of vehicle side impact".And C-2018 version of new evaluation methods and test of the electric car NCAP program,and can be in the side impact deformation parameters of mobile walls are more reasonable modifications,so as to further perfect the security system of our country vehicle,vehicle passive safety technology increasingly refined.However,there are fewer researches on electric vehicles in China,and more experience should be accumulated in future research work.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Finite element modeling was performed for the first model of pure electric vehicle,and the software ls-dyna was used to solve the calculation.By the results of simulation analysis and the real car test data for the analysis,through the conservation of mass,conservation of energy,and car body deformation and acceleration,velocity and displacement of key positions into the amount of the analysis,verified the model in the process of the hourglass,contact parameters,such as setting is reasonable,the finite element model is verified by analyzing the establishing credibility.(2)By car motion and deformation of different time,B column and the amount of intrusion of,or intrusion into,a threshold velocity and acceleration and beam of intrusion,force transfer path,energy management,body structure deformation collision simulation results of the model were analyzed,and finds out the main reason why did not meet the requirements of regulations,the target is the insufficient central column B and lower stiffness,doors,and the threshold beam structure is weak,leading to a serious deformation of body side structure,seriously affect the crew rescued sex.(3)Through the side touch simulation results did not meet the requirements of the values in column B,doors and the threshold beam structure is optimized to improve,increase the anticollision beam through the door,B column structure optimization and increasing the threshold beam support is optimized,optimized version of the side impact finite element model is established,and import the ls-dyna solver to calculate,the analytical results compared with national standard stipulated in the target analysis,verify the validity and rationality of structure design improvements.(4)In optimization model on the basis of the occupant restraint system for side impact finite element model was established,the analysis results of dummy damage and damage value of the national standard were analyzed,in addition to the stress of the pelvis slightly beyond the target requirement,the rest of the target of various performance indicators meet the requirement of laws and regulations.This article first to the electric car design model and the real car test data for the analysis,verify the rationality of the model is established,and then comparing the results of simulation and national standard regulation target value analysis,find out the unreasonable structure design and to optimize its improvement,the optimized version of the side touch model simulation calculation,the analysis results and the rules and regulations of the target,this paper compares and analyzes the design rationality of optimization scheme is verified.Finally,the simulation model of the side impact crew restraint system is established,and the analysis results are compared with the national standard,which further verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the structural improvement design.It has accumulated valuable experience for the optimization design of the rear model.
