Koji plays an important role in the liquor production process for saccharification,fermentation,and aroma agent effect.The quality of koji has important influence on liquor yield and liquor quality.So koji fermentation workshop production block,is one of the important departments of liquor factory.The rational design of koji fermentation workshop building will influence the quality of koji fermentation.During the enterprise internship,we found that the traditional techniques for regular the temperature,humidity and oxygen demand of rooms are only by simple switch doors and windows.In the winter season the heating equipment must be used to ensure the high temperature for koji operation.In the other side solar energy resources is not fully utilized.The building of high energy consumption,energy saving effect is poor.This requires us to design energy saving koji-housing and improve the training environment of koji.In order to solve the traditional process of koji-housing,the passive solar building way to solve the shortage of traditional starter housing construction,which can provide a considerable part of the heating energy.The main design is as follows:the window is designed in the form of double ventilation window,the maximum heat sent into the room per unit time is the goal,and the window height is 1.8 m for the double-layer window structure.The sandwich width is 150mm and the height of the inlet and outlet is 30mm.The wall is a new type of insulation wall with hollow concrete sandwich straw compression brick block.The smaller the thermal conductivity of the building material,the better the insulation effect.The thermal conductivity of the wall in this form is 0.125W/(m·k),so the design of better insulation effect will make koji room.The roof of double roof ventilation in summer,this design will make the air layer heat increases with the distance increasing trend,when the distance is greater than 0.3m and the heat value of the flat,while the air layer heat conduction effect with the increase of horizontal wind increases,so the outlet type,location should be designed to make the entrance speed better,the design height should be greater than the maximum interlayer air layer thermal resistance value determined by height.We are selected five factors:window,wall,block space,ventilation times,temperature and humidity to design the orthogonal experiment of building energy consumption influence factors and combine 8 schemes.The load of each scheme is simulated by BIM,and the simulation results are analyzed by the range analysis method.The results show that koji is produced or cultivated in the workshop of the koji making room.The setting of temperature and the degree of closeness between curved blocks are particularly important factors.Using the software BIM technology collaborative environment docking technology for new starter housing including solar radiation,based on light,wind,Performance analysis of building thermal environment,and in the process of operation according to the Ecotect Analysis software simulation and analysis of indoor environment:through the analysis of shadow and occlusion of quantitative relationship between the duration of sunshine analysis,natural ventilation of indoor temperature and humidity and the surrounding thermal environment.Through the analysis on the chart we can see that the sun rises from the morning until the afternoon 2 pm when the window is acceptable to the sun,and from 2 pm to 5 pm this time due to the sun westward and building its own roof to occlusion window is positioned in the shadow of the occlusion in the design and the results are in good agreement with the the depth of color.The sunshine time grid chart sunshine duration,the entire wall of the average sunshine time is 5 hours,we can see that the design is reasonable.The suitable temperature when calculating the percentage room according to the best temperature range set,the average percentage of each room temperature is35%.According to the calculation result,the optimal improvement of the growth environment is carried out,the product quality of the large yeast is improved,and the energy consumption of the building is reduced by utilizing natural resources,so that the project can meet the requirements of green environmental protection requirements and energy conservation and emission reduction during the whole life period.
