Civil aviation communications,navigation and surveillance equipment and their businesses are interrelated to jointly maintain the safe operation of air traffic,and they are important bases for ensuring air traffic safety.In the still immature and fastdeveloping environment of civil aviation in China,with the increasing complexity of air traffic’s internal business and external environment,the risk of failure of air traffic control systems is also increasing.Combined with the theory of complex networks,this paper establishes a civil aviation land-based air-traffic-control maintenance network to study the vulnerability of civil aviation ground-based air traffic control maintenance systems,and proposes recommendations for the development and operation of them.Firstly,by applying the theory of complex networks to the analysis of the systems,and combining with the analysis of actual operation methods,we study the links between equipment,site nodes and network nodes,and analyze the overall situation of the system.Then,through the combination of related methods in complex network theory and graph theory,as well as referring to the actual civil aviation and Chinese traffic network operating conditions,a civil aviation ground-based air traffic control network model was established and related static vulnerability analysis was performed;after that,a dynamic route network simulation experiment was conducted.Obtaining results that are closer to or in line with the real operating environment,and compared with static analysis,draws attention to issues that should be paid attention to in civil aviation land-based air traffic control network research,and obtain the dynamic characteristics of the network;finally,by analyzing static and dynamic network characteristics,the vulnerability of the network is finally obtained in combination with related theories.Under the background that the internal and external environment of China’s civil aviation operation continues being complicated,the risk of equipment failure can be analyzed by establishing a model that is basically similar to or compatible with civil aviation-based land-based security networks,and to a certain extent,the vulnerability of the civil aviation management network can be further studied.The assessment can provide certain feedback on the existing operational risks of civil aviation equipment nodes,and has certain reference value for civil aviation safety management and network construction.
