As society continues to progress,urbanization continues to accelerate,and urban areas continue to expand.Eco-environmental problems are increasingly serious.Cement roads occupy most of the city's area,and the area of pervious ground continues to decrease.As a result,rainwater is difficult to infiltrate and is reused.Urban environment and people travel.The state puts forward the strategy for the construction of a sponge city.The research and application of ecological concrete is of great significance in improving the urban ecological environment,realizing the recycling of water resources and creating a sponge city.In this paper,the pervious/vegetation concrete as the research object,through the addition of SR-Enhancer agent,the low strength and poor frost resistance of the two concretes are studied.Based on the previous research,the mix ratio is optimized,and the mechanical properties and resistance of the concrete are studied.Experimental studies were conducted on freeze performance,water permeability,and pH value.In order to improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.Using SR-enhancer agent as a binder,through the design of three factors and three levels of orthogonal test,pervious concrete selects three water-cement ratios of 0.31,0.33,and 0.35,and SR-Enhancers use 3%,5%,and 8%.Volume,the target porosity using the three indicators of 16%,18%,20%;vegetation concrete0.30,0.32,0.34 three water-cement ratio,SR-enhancer agent using 3%,5%,8% three dosage,The target porosity uses three indicators of 26%,27%,and 28%.Pervious/vegetated concrete specimens were tested for compressive strength,flexural strength,and permeability.The target porosity was determined by orthogonal test.The target porosity of pervious concrete is 16%,the permeability coefficient is 12.13mm/s,the target porosity of vegetation concrete is 26%,and the permeability coefficient is 19.36mm/s..By optimizing the mix ratio,under the premise of ensuring good water permeability and strength,the optimal water-cement ratio is obtained: pervious concrete is 0.33,its compressive strength can reach about 23.2MPa,and its flexural strength reaches about 3.2MPa.The concrete is 0.32,its compressive strength can reach about 12.17 MPa,the flexural strength reaches about 2.6MPa,all meet the specification requirements and the mechanical strength of the two is higher than that of concrete with construction rubber powder as the bonding material in the previous period.By performing freeze-thaw cycle tests on the best-strength group of orthogonal tests,it was determined that the number of times of frost resistance of pervious concrete is around D270,and the number of frost resistance of vegetation concrete is around F212,which satisfies the conditions for popularization in cold regions in the north and antifreeze.The number of times increased from the previous period.The pH value of the vegetation concrete increases first and then decreases to equilibrium,and is maintained at about 11.It is necessary to carry out the alkali reduction before the vegetation can be planted.Through the orthogonal test results and analysis of the optimal amount of SR-Enhancer agent for pervious/vegetal concrete,the results showed that the target porosity,water-cement ratio,and SR-Enhancer agent's content on the mechanical strength and frost resistance of the specimen The law of influence was analyzed and analyzed.The target porosity had the greatest influence on the mechanical properties and permeability of pervious/vegetated concrete,followed by water-cement ratio and SR-enhancing agent.Compared with the previous work,the pervious concrete's compressive strength increased by 16%,flexural strength increased by 18.5%,frost resistance coefficient increased by 20 times,compressive strength of the vegetation increased by 21.7%,flexural strength increased by 4%,and antifreeze coefficient increased.12 times.The results of the test of the pH value of the vegetation concrete were analyzed.The alkalinity was high,and alkali treatment was required before the vegetation could be planted.This study provides a reference for subsequent research on water-permeable/vegetation concrete.
