Pervious concrete is a concrete with continuous pores.In recent years,it becomes a new environment-friendly construction material.Because of its special preparation process,the structure is different from ordinary concrete,so it not only has a certain strength,but also has breathable and permeable characteristics.It can effectively alleviate the "Urban Heat Island Effect",purify water,improve soil surface and assimilate noise.Around the world,Europe,Japan and South Korea and other developed countries begin to research and develop pervious concrete from 50 years ago.In recent years,with the advancement of the process of sustainable development,our pervious concrete have preliminary results,but it is still in infancy.Therefore,the relative performance of pervious concrete research is necessary.This paper studies the following aspects:First,we compares different design methods in this paper,and ultimately select the volume method as pervious concrete mix design method.and select the best mix ratio from 9 kinds of design with the use of cement stirring stone enveloped,quiet pressure molding method,and using the test justified.Second,we use the experiments to verify the theoretical of the strength formation in pervious concrete and measure the different pervious concrete under found porosity,compressive strength which set the water-cement ratio to 0.3,plasma ratios to 0.4,0.45,0.5,a porosity to 15%.18%,20%.This article recommends 5?10mm single particle size graded basalt gravel,strictly control the flakiness content particles.Prepared pervious concrete can reach the target porosity up to 15%?20%,measured porosity up to 16%?21%.Selecting the pervious concrete with best ratio add different kinds of admixtures,including single-doped silica fume,single-doped zeolite powder,double-doped slag and fly ash.and determination of compressive strength.The test results is that a single-doped silica fume optimal dosage is 8%,the best dosage of single-doped zeolite powder up to 10%,double-doped slag and fly ash best content is 20%.The pervious concrete with mineral admixtures decrease some early compressive strength,but later strength increase significantly.Third,pervious concrete which add mineral admixtures or not is compared in study in aspect of frost resistance and abrasion resistance.Slow freezing methods are used to measure the mass loss rate and the strength loss rate after 25 times and 50 times freeze-thaw cycles.The method of grinding groove ball bearing calculate the depth of grinding groove and the rate of abrasion resistance.After analyzing and comparing the experimental results,it can be seen that mineral admixture performance better in reinforcing frost resistance,but is not obvious in improving the abrasion resistance.Fourth,the standing wave tube is used to determine and analysis the sound absorption coefficient of pervious concrete which has different coarse aggregate,different thickness,different porosity,different S/A and add different types and quantities of mineral admixtures.According to the test results,it can be mainly described that aggregate type,porosity and thickness of the concrete mainly impact the absorption coefficient.Set basalt as coarse aggregate,set water-cement ratio to 0.3,set S/A to 0.5.set target porosity to 18%can get higher sound absorption coefficient.Sound absorption coefficient of low-frequency noise is increased after adding mineral admixtures.
