| With the rapid development of Internet technology,the domestic automatic vending industry is also in a period of rapid development.However,most vending machines sold in daily life are beverages,snacks,and small commodities.Products related to daily dietary noodle making are rarely heard.A similar vending machine,which makes the product by pre-cooking noodles,provides boiling water for secondary heating when the customer purchases,which is similar in nature to instant noodles.In order to ensure freshness from the source,and with the convenience of automatic vending machines,A set of integrated equipment for automatic production of noodles,cooking noodles,added thick gravy,packaged and sold has great market prospects.This paper deeply analyzes the whole process of noodle processing technology,decomposes and reconstitutes the process,acarries out program innovation and design of the internal mechanical structure of vending machine,analyzes and studies the key technologies.The project research mainly includes the following items:1,By studying the formation of noodles,we determined the types of noodle products that are suitable for vending machines to sell,and analyzed their hand-made process flow for specified noodles,integrated processes,and formulated and validated the types of institutions that meet the action requirements.Innovative design was performed on the key actuators such as the pressing mechanism and the noodles turnover mechanism,and the design of the mechanical system of the vending machine was completed.2,According to the characteristics of the material,the CFD software Polyfolw was used to simulate the flow field of dough extrusion.Based on the theoretical basis of rheology and extrusion theory,a numerical model of the flow field was established.Three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation was performed on the computer by Polyflow software to study the effect of screw geometry parameters and processing parameters on pressure distribution,shear rate and mixing characteristics in the flow field.3,Innovative design of camming mechanism for cams by research on turning mechanism so that it has a lift-flip-reset movement law in the turning process,achieve shake the colander to separate the water from the noodles.Combined with the partial innovation and transformation of the colander,ensure that less water is poured into the lunch box and the phenomenon of facial paralysis is avoided.In combination with the prototype test,the effect is expected to be achieved.4,Using virtual prototyping technology,the design and modeling of the squeezing screws and cams in key actuators were completed based on solidworks.The kinematics of the squeezing mechanism and the turning mechanism of the noodle were studied by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Ensure that problems are found and problems are solved at the beginning of design and that the success rate of physical prototype production is improved. |
