The new energy vehicle is one of the ten major areas of "Made in China 2025".With the development of the automobile market and the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the new energy car market is becoming more and more promising.There are various types and structural forms of new energy vehicles.Due to the limitation of battery,energy storage system and national circuit and grid technology,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)has become the focus of new energy vehicle development.The most important part of the HEV transmission system is the clutch,which plays a role in controlling the power transmission,shifting gears,preventing transmission overload and interruption,or achieving energy transmission.Due to the uncertainty of traffic condition and traffic environment and the vehicle itself is a nonlinear and time-varying system.It is very difficult to establish an accurate and reliable clutch control model.Through the in-depth analysis and research on the core technology of the coupler and clutch control,taken the important power switching and transmission part coupler of parallel hybrid electric vehicle as the research object.The working principle and the energy transmission route are studied,and the Simulink modeling and simulation is used to provide important parameters for further research of clutch control system.The evaluation index,joint parameter and model of the clutch are analyzed,and the logic threshold clutch control based on the expert experience is put forward.The two level control model of the system is set up,and the simulation verification is carried out.In order to further improve the intelligence and robustness of the clutch control system,the constant value parameters in the sliding stage of the clutch control system are optimized and changed into dynamic adjustment parameters based on the fuzzy rules.Finally,the experiment platform of the clutch and coupler control system is built,and the experimental study of clutch control is carried out.The experimental results show that the clutch control system has a good control effect,and the response speed of the system is faster and theadaptability is stronger.
