Strengthen the army by relying on science and technology becomes a guideline for military development and a development direction from a strategic ideology.The level of combat forces in our military has increased,the capabilities of weapons and equipment have become increasingly complex,and the availability of equipment has increased.The equipment availability requires equipment with a short failure cycle and low maintenance cost,which needs the research and support of equipment maintenance technology.The base-level maintenance tasks undertaken by the theater military equipment support agencies are often linked with large-scale complex weapon systems,involving many professional and large-scale maintenance personnel,many uncertain factors like equipment spare parts requirements,difficult maintenance techniques,complicated maintenance operations,therefore The study of maintenance tasks for the base level has great practical significance.The E-CARGO model is a very important model in the role-based collaborative theory.It has great advantages in the research of collaborative systems.Through the nine-tuple definition,it can describe complex realistic problems as mathematical models.This paper firstly analyzes the equipment maintenance support tasks and maintenance resources.Based on the physical structure tree and atomic operations analysis,the maintenance task is divided into four types of typical maintenance tasks,and the task analysis process is given.For the existing maintenance agencies adopting the organization of maintenance team,the maintenance resource carrier of this article is the maintenance team,after which the maintenance assurance problem is formalized and the solution model is determined.The most important thing in the E-CARGO model is the evaluation of the matrix Q.This article overcomes the shortcomings of conventional AHP in which experts can not adequately evaluating information and are not satisfied with the evaluation results.Combined with set-valued statistics method,the determination of the judgment matrix A is improved,SVG-AHP evaluation method is proposed,and then an evaluation index system for maintenance efficiency,maintenance quality,and maintenance cost is established and the index weights are calculated.To solve the problem of single-objective’s low comprehensive efficiency and high difficulty in solving multi-objective model,this paper proposes a multi-objective solution model based on fuzzy set and decision satisfaction,designs a multi-objective algorithm based on genetic algorithm,and gives the process of GRA problem solving.We introduce the weights into the satisfaction summation method,so that the decision makers can set different weights for the multi-objective satisfaction membership function to make decisions.Finally,the simulation experiment was carried out.The single-objective allocation scheme was solved based on KM algorithm and the results were analyzed.The same weights analysis and different weights analysis were performed.the simulation experiment results showed that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the multi-objective maintenance resource scheduling.problem.
