The power communication network is a communication network that ensures the safe and stable operation of the power system.The power transmission network is the basis of the communication network,which provides transmission channels for the services carried by the entire communication network.So once the power transmission network fails,the whole power communication system will be greatly damaged.To ensure the smooth running of the power transmission network,risk assessment and risk warning becomes particularly important.At present,the risk assessment and risk warning of power transmission network in normal operation mode have been studied and applied widely.However,there is a lack of not only risk warning for maintenance task in maintenance mode but also risk assessment of network and business before and after maintenance task.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a risk warning mechanism for risk assessment and maintenance task of power transmission network and to develop a system with risk assessment and risk warning module for power transmission network.According to the problems about risks management in power transmission network above,this paper firstly studies the risk assessment method for communication service.This risk assessment method sets up the risk association evaluation model between transmission network and power grid service from the business carried by power transmission network which assesses the transmission network from three layers including the equipment layer,network topology layer and business organization layer.Then use the probability method based on the evaluation model to calculate the value of the network equipment risk and the value of business route.After that,this paper studies the risk warning algorithm of maintenance task risk.Firstly,establishing the risk warning model of maintenance task.According to the distribution of service routing,this model defines 0 backup routing service,n + 1 coincidence routing and maintenance routing.Then based on the risk warning model,we put forward algorithm respectively to deal with the maintenance and recovery tasks issued by the operator.The algorithm processes the recovery or maintenance tasks without interrupting the business by judging the status of various types of route.Finally,this paper presents the demand analysis and functional structure of the risk assessment and risk warning module of power transmission network.The functional structure consists of three layers,namely,the interface layer,application management layer and data layer.Afterwards,it introduces the design ideas,process of resource management module and risk management module in detail based on the algorithm proposed above.Then testing and verifying risk assessment and risk warning module.The test results show that the risk assessment and risk warning module can successfully assist the operation personnel to complete the maintenance work.
