The Development Of Autumatic Lifting Device Control System For Wind Tunnel Test Bench

Wind tunnel test is an important means to obtain data of aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft.Ground test ground simulation platform is an important platform for wind tunnel test,the height of the aircraft and the ground is obtained by adjusting the height of the mesa.In wind tunnel simulation of ground effect test,the ground simulation platform device plays an important role in the experiment,more accurate mesa height control and surface level control will further improve the accuracy and authenticity of the test data.This paper introduces the research and development of the synchronous control technology for the motor in the automatic lifting device of the ground effect table,The composition and function of the system are analyzed.This paper puts forward a scheme based on position control,which is centered on Siemens PLC.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,this paper designs and selects its hardware components.The hardware configuration of the control system and the programming of control program are carried out with S7 as the development platform.With VB software platform,the computer program is written,and the wind tunnel management system is composed of LAN,network,control.At last,the system is debugged and run,and its functions and technical indexes are verified.
