Temperature is an important factor affecting grain stability.Existing research shows that reducing or maintaining the temperature of grain can control the food respiration intensity and reduce dry matter loss during storage.To delay the quality of the quality and keep the food freshness;It is an economical,green and ecological science storage technology to inhibit the growth and development of insects and reduce or avoid the use of chemical agents.Current,temperature control of grain storage technology research and application development is rapid,this topic was carried out on the antibacterial activity stored grain and conventional storage temperature control technology adopted warehouse top temperature storage of comparative study,through the comparative analysis and conventional storage temperature control stored grain insecticidal effect,temperature and moisture,color,smell,fatty acid value,taste evaluation value,eating quality,commodity value,etc.,and under the condition of different storage temperature control technology of food after the operation cost and outbound economic benefits,in order to in good storage technology using effect and good economic benefit,to seek a balance of food storage purpose is to provide more safety,economy and adapt to the region storage technology.The main conclusions of this experiment are as follows:1.The temperature control effect of three temperature control measures is significantWhen using air-conditioning temperature control technology,the average temperature of the external temperature in the summer is about 27°C,the temperature of the warehouse and surface temperature of the air-conditioning warehouse are not affected by the outside world.Compared with the No.15 warehouse,the No.28 experimental warehouse has a low warehouse temperature of about 6°C.The surface grain temperature is about 6.1°C lower;the average grain temperature is about 2°C lower.The experimental data shows that the effect of temperature-controlled storage on the temperature of the warehouse and the temperature of the surface layer is obvious.and the No.8 warehouse using the ceiling technology in the warehouse The average grain temperature of No.10 barn houses insulated by the top of the warehouse magnesia plate is lower by 2°C and 3°C than that of No.7 control bins respectively.The average bin temperature warehouse No.8 is 4°C lower than No.7 bin,and No.10 warehouse is No.7 warehouse.Low 5°C;surface grain temperature No.8 warehouse is 3.4°C lower than No.7 warehouse,No.10 warehouse is 5°C lower than No.7
